By BINTA IBRAHIM SADIQMAN'S greatest asset is his health and source of strength and vitality. Without gains saying the success of everyone depend on his or her state of health and wellness. Hence a sage once said that: "When wealth is lost nothing is lost, but when health is lost all is lost.
The success of everyone at work and at home depends on good health and how you protect your health in the midst of various challenges, diseases, environmental toxin and stress conditions.
1. It is necessary for everyone to acquire more knowledge about ways of boosting and enhancing personal health, so as to continue to keep away disease and ill-health.
It is very important to know common causes of stress in various places at work or at home or even on the road while going to work.
2. In the environment too, there are many causes of disease and health breakdown around such as waste, environmental pollution and industrial noise and smokes. Do everything to prevent this damage or drew the attention of public authorities to health and environmental dangers in your surroundings.
