Bauchi forum backs Isa Yuguda’a candidature

The National Chairman of Bauchi future leaders forum Malam Ibrahim Ahmed Burgha has reaffirm their support to the candidature of Alhaji Isa Yaguda under the platform of All Nigerians People Party (ANPP).
In a press statement signed the National Chairman and made a copy available to Daily Triumph Correspondent in Kaduna said Alhaji Isa Yuguda is a house hold name in the politics of Bauchi State and by extension the North-eastern zone flank.
The statement explained that Alhaji Isa Yuguda is a technocrat who began his politics in 1999 after a brilliant and successful career as the managing director of the defunct Inland Bank adding that due to his training in politics Yuguda picked his tent with his best friend Alhaji Ahmed Adamu Muazu and joined the PDP to produce Adamu as governor of Bauchi state in 1999.
It further explained that during the second term of PDP government Isa Yuguda showed interest to succeed his friend Adamu Mu’azu as governor 2007 but Mu’azu has another joker for his friend and here and there things started to fall a part and today Isa join ANPP and picked its ticket for governorship election in Bauchi state.
According to the statement since the day Yuguda joined the ANPP the political equation in Bauchi state has changed pointed out that it has not been easy for the ruling party that believes that Isa is not a political leper.
Enumerated his achievement, the statement said when he was the MD of old Inland Bank Isa Yuguda employed many indigenes of the North-East especially those from Bauchi state.
As minister of aviation he performed diligently to the administration of President Olusegun Obasanjo adding that there is no denial that many of Bauchi indigenes benefited immensely at the aviation sector when he was at the helm.
