T/Kara tasks Nigerian youths
By BALA ABUBAKAR

FORMER Gezawa local government chairman in Kano state, Alhaji Abdullahi Yahaya Tsamiyar Kara, has urged Nigerian youths to be more patriotic with a view to ensure the progress of the nation.
Speaking to Daily Triumph in an exclusive interview in Kano, Tsamiyar Kara described youths as leaders of tomorrow and therefore should rededicate themselves to the progress of the country.
He said Nigeria could only grow if youths are disciplined, honest and committed to their responsibilities.
The former council chairman also advised Nigerians to always pray to Allah for the survival of democracy in the country.
Commenting on the ANPP readiness to win in the election in 2007, Alhaji Tsamiya Kara said the entire people of the state are willing to vote for the party considering what had been achieved by the present administration in the state.
The former chairman, who rated the administration of Governor Ibrahim Shekarau high in the state, called on the people to give his administration the much needed support to accomplish his task in 2007.
The ANPP chairmanship aspirant in Gezawa also told our reporter that if given a second chance to pilot the affairs of the council, he would do everything possible to ensure the execution of developmental projects in the area.
