Buhari ’II make good president– Shehu

FORMER Bichi local government chairman in Kano state, Alhaji Lawan Shehu, has said that General Muhammadu Buhari will make a good president for the country.
Alhaji Bichi made the disclosure while speaking to our reporter in an exclusive interview.
He said considering what the former head of state had archieved in the country, he believed that every Nigerian would commend the performance of General Buhari, expressing optimism that if given a second mandate he will not disappoint the electorate.
His words: ‘’I want to assure General Buhari and Kano state governor, Malam Ibrahim Shekarau that the people of Nigeria and Kano would give them the much needed support to achieve their goals in 2007.’’
To the people of Kano state, Alhaji Bichi said they consider General Buhari and Malam Shekarau as their own, because according to him, every Nigerian knows that the duo are achievers.
The former council boss then solicited the support and cooperation of politicians across the nation to accord more support to them.
Alhaji Bichi urged the entire people of Nigeria and Kano state to give the much needed support to General Buhari and Malam Shekarau to clinch power in 2007.
He described the emergence of General Buhari as ANPP presidential candidate as timely and in the best interest of Nigerians and called on all the people to rally around him.
