Fagge council AC chairmanship aspirant pledges better amenities
By SHEHU M. TAHIR

PEOPLE in the western part of Fagge local government area in Kano state have been neglected in the provision of adequate social amenities.
This observation was made by the chairmanship aspirant of the local government on the platform of Action Congress (AC), Alhaji Hamisu Danwawu Fagge while speaking to Daily Triumph Kano.
Alhaji Danwawu, who is also the AC youth leader in the state, explained that if given the mandate to be the next chairman of the local government by the people of the area, effort would be geared towards improving this sector.
He said Fagge proper, has since been developed which now required few additional infrastructures unlike northern part of the area.
The state AC youth leader noted that Fagge community is even hosting headquarters of the local government with tarred road network in addition to many culverts, drainages, clinic and electricity projects which were provided for the quarters.
He also said that the only neglected place in Fagge is Kwarin Gogau which he said, if he assumed office, would be made to taste better dividends of democracy.
Danwawu also promised to provide more schools for effective education to the children of the area to include both boys and girls in addition to more clinics in the entire local government.
While talking on AC as a political party, he opined that it has gained the acceptance not only in Kano but Nigeria as a whole, expressing optimism that the party will secure power at all levels ranging from federal, state and local governments.
Responding to the recent court verdict on the Obasanjo/Atiku case, Alhaji Danwawu said Nigeria’s court is now seen as very objective as judges do not subscribe personal interest but that of the nation.
He then appealed to Nigerians, Kano and Fagge people to use their votes wisely and vote out the unacceptable candidates, urging them to go for Action Congress, (AC), a party which he said will produce credible leadership at all levels of governance.
