Amokachi waits on NFA
U-23 Olympic Eagles coach , Daniel Amokachi, has told Nigeriansportsonline.com that he is waiting on Nigeria Football Association, NFA, to know which direction his preparation for the All Africa Games qualifiers would take.
Amokachi’s programme for the The Dream Team has suffered severe draw backs and neglect from NFA who are citing cash crunch as reasons.
“I am waiting till our meeting with NFA on Thursday in Abuja to know how things will go”, the former Everton of England star told Nigeriansportsonline.com on Wednesday.
Nigeria Football Association are billed to meet with all coaches handling the various national teams in Abuja on Thursday.
It is the second of such in the last couple of weeks.
The meeting is coming ahead of speculations suggesting massive shake-up in the coaching personnel of the various grades of the national teams expected to be announced on Friday.
