Guber aspirant pledges open door policy
From MUSTAPHA SAYE, Kaduna

A GUBERNATORIAL aspirant under the platform of Action Congress (AC), Alhaji Abdullahi Musa (Kubani Amana) has said that, his administration if elected into the number one office of Kaduna state will run an open-door policy with a view to promote transparency, justice, equity and fair play.
In an exclusive interview with Sunday Triumph correspondent in his resident, Alhaji Musa said that the problems plaguing the country worry everybody, noting that something has to be done with a view to changing the ugly trend.
He said that it is high time to elect credible leaders right from wards, local, state and federal levels who will erect structures for true and sincere transformation.
According to him, his focus would be on human development, observing that poverty was a monster which endangered human development.
He appealed to people of like minds who will take the nation to greater heights to join hands together with him in that direction.
Musa further stated that people who were conscious and God-fearing had to wake up so as to save the country from embarassment in the eyes of the world. The gubernatorial aspirant attributed lack of security and abject poverty as government lapses, which it intentionally refused to take bold steps to curtail.
He described the on-going voters’ revalidation exercise as new strategy for the present administration to continue in power.
Alhaji Musa said the whole process was ill-planned and needed to be halted and update the 2003 register so as to allow those that now qualify to vote.
