...Assumes duty in February
Newly appointed Super Eagles' coach Berti Vogts is expected to assume duty after the Feb. 6 Nigeria/Ghana international friendly.
Taiwo Ogunjobi, a member of the NFA said on Thursday in Abuja, that the former Germany coach would take charge of all the national teams immediately after the event.
The Super Eagles are billed to take on the Black Stars of Ghana on February 6 in London.
Ogunjobi said the new coach would attend the match as an ordinary observer.
``He will be in London as a spectator but will assume duty immediately after,'' he told newsmen in Abuja.
He said the NFA board had accepted Vogts' request to bring along two aids to assist in the task.
Ogunjobi said one of them would be in charge of physical training while the other would serve as a goal keeper trainer.
He said coach Austin Eguavoen would remain the chief coach while Vogts would function as technical manager.
