Onigbinde, Akwa sports boss hail new NFA Scribe
FIFA/CAF Technical Instructor Adegboye Onigbinde and Akwa-Ibom State Sports Commissioner, Chris Ekong have thrown their weight behind newly appointed NFA Secretary-General Bolaji Ojo- Oba.
Onigbinde told KICK OFF on Wednesday that Ojo-Oba's pedigree in football administration is sufficient 'to make him perform as scribe of the NFA.'
"Bolaji Ojo-Oba has been around for a long time and football administration is not new to him. So I believe he can do it. I wish him and Nigerian football some progress and the best of luck," he said.
Similarly, Akwa-Ibom's Commissioner of Sports Chris Ekong described Ojo-Oba's appointment as "a beautiful thing."
"The man is a very experienced technocrat and he has always been there. We have been waiting for this announcement and I am happy it has now come to pass," Ekong told KICK OFF in Lafia, Nasarawa State on Wednesday.
