Aghahowa calls for discipline
Julius Aghahowa has advised the NFA and the players to make discipline and hard work their watchwords in the New Year.
The Ukraine-based player told KICK OFF in Lagos, where he is currently on vacation, that, "with hard work and discipline among the leaders and of course we the players I believe this country will achieve much in the New Year."
Aghahowa said further to KICK OFF, "despite the mistake of the previous years that cost us the World Cup ticket, I believe we can all turn a new leaf in the New Year by being more committed and disciplined, especially when it comes to national assignments."
He expressed the hope that, "if the administrators are alive to their responsibilities and we the players show enough commitment, nothing can stop us from making Nigeria truly great in football.".
