Emir Bayero prays for bumper harvest ...As he commissions Bunkure Friday mosque

AT the commissioning of Bunkure Juma’at mosque, the Emir of Kano, Alhaji (Dr.) Ado Bayero has prayed for him to ensure bumper harvest in the face of prevailing high cost of food items.
Alhaji Bayero who led the Juma’at congregational prayer hailed the state government’s contribution towards building the mosque .
He further enjoined Muslims to always promote the mosque by offering the five daily prayers as well as to keep it clean and tidy.
Reading his address, chairman of Bunkure local government, Alhaji Sunusi Sani Barkum said the state government donated N5 million to the mosque project while saying compensation had also been settled.
On his part, district head of Bunkure, Barayan Kano, Alhaji Shehu Abubakar commended the Emir for his love for his people.
