KNSG commended for effective, efficient health care delivery

ALHAJI Sunusi Ibrahim Ganaba, a retired civil servant in Kano state, has commended the effort of the state government for upgrading the health care delivery of the citizenry.
Ganaba who made the commendation while speaking to Daily Triumph in an interview explained that the state government is spending billions of naira to ensure effective healthcare delivery to the populace.
He maintained that the state government has assisted alot of people expecially the less-privilledged to a foriengn medical treatment for proper medical attention.
Ganaba emphasized that he is also among the beneficiaries who have been sponsored to Egypt for the treatment of kidney infection, pointing out that he has met other people who are to receive medical treatment on various diseases courtesy of the Kano state government.
The retired civil servant also called on the federal, state and local governments to redouble their efforts toward the provision of modern and sophisticated equipment in the hospitals, in addition to the sponsoring of medical professionals for training in various fields so as to sharpen their skills.
He added that the government should ensure the supply of qualitative drugs to the hospitals so that people from other countries can come to Nigeria to receive medical treatment.
