Kujah threatens to expose fakes
Football agent Friday Nwankwo Kujah has promised to expose top football administrators, coaches and journalists who moonlight as football agents, saying that they are the root cause of the rot in the Nigerian game.

The outspoken Kujah claims that he has the evidence to back up his words, and would do it sooner rather than later.

"Let us finish our World Cup qualifiers first," Kujah added. "I know that about eighty percent of coaches in Nigeria are football agents.

"I know two top NFF board members who are agents, king pins. One of them is directly involved in the employment of coaches, which is why his players are always selected.

"I also know about four journalists who are agents, always trying to push players to sign for their partners.

"As an agent, if for example, you want your player to get the 75% appearance needed to play in England, just get in touch with them and they will make sure the player plays the matches.

"That is why a player like Chidi Odiah, who did well to help Nigeria reach this second round, has been dumped for no good reason.

"I am yet to see an agent trying to be a coach, or claiming to be a board member or a journalist. Anybody who wants to be an agent should come out clearly and say so, and not to be doing agent business behind the scenes and killing Nigerian football.

"I have documents and I have told some other agents who also have documents and we are putting everything together. We will publish the names of all these people and the players they are managing."

Kujah has managed the likes of Austin 'Jay Jay' Okocha, Julius Aghahowa and more recently, Obinna Nsofor and Onyekachi Apam.
