Sheikh Bauchi tasks Muslims on Islamic teachings

A REKNOWNED Islamic scholar, Sheikh Dahiru Usman Bauchi, has enjoined Muslims to abide by the teachings of Islam in their day-to-day activities.
Sheikh Bauchi who made the call during the 4th Annual Zikirin Juma’a which was held at Yola quarters in the Municipal council of Kano state emphisised the need for complying with the exact teachings of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW).
According to him, scholars are against any act contrary to the teachings of Islam.
Sheikh Bauchi who also stressed the significance of praising the name of Allah, enjoined Muslims to focus their attention on unity among themselves especially the sect followers.
In his part, Alhaji Tijjani Ali who was a member of organizing committee of the event, hailed Sheikh Bauchi and other scholars for their contributions in promoting Islamic activities, and expressed the hope that the occasion, which started four years ago, would be a continuous one..
