Zamfara CAS investigates students admission, exam malpractice

Zamfara state College of Arts and Science has reiterated its determination to investigate this year’s admission of students and other issues relating to examination malpractice in the college.
The principal of the college, Alhaji Shehu Ubaidullahi Kaura gave the hint in an interview with the newsmen in his office.
He said, the college has set up two committees with a view to tackling some pressing issues, such as examination malpractices and the admission of students in the college.
Alhaji Shehu Kaura said this year, over 120matriculation students of the college have secured admission into Usman Danfodio University, Sokoto to read sciences.
The college principal also told newsmen that soon the institution will open new science courses and Diploma in Mass Communication.
Hei commended the state government for constructing a library for the benefit of the students.
The school boss then appealed to the government to construct additional classes, libraries, hostels and provide water facilities in the school.
He enjoined the students to be law abiding and always concentrate on their studies.
